poppy coffee table [small]

The proportional stack of a single volume on top of a smaller block gives this sublime table a utilitarian poetry that combines sturdiness with refinement. With a slight lift from off the floor, Poppy has the appearance of a formalist box held in aerial suspension. Poppy is at its most sculptural when finished in an expressive wood (shown here in ash). 

Made to order and handcrafted in Toronto.

Also available as a side table and with a metal accent.
